What Satan Can NOT Do

With all the powers Satan possesses, how are as frail and weak mortals able to stand against him? The answer to this is that we can’t if we try to stand against him alone. Nothing in ourselves can stand up against his sustained attacks. The good news is that we are not alone! Our Father in heaven stands with us.

Some say that Satan’s primary objective is to destroy mankind. But one has to ask the question why would this be an objective? I suggest that it is because Satan’s primary objective is to hurt God through separating His greatest creation, mankind, from Him. But through the death on the cross, Jesus was able to make a way through which man can be reconciled back to God. Satan may be powerful, beyond all we truly know, he is not more powerful than our Lord.
