Anger
All of us have experienced anger. It is the result of feelings we experience. These feelings are in the form of displeasure, resentment, aggression, disappointment, or emotional pain. There is the greater likelihood that we will act out on our feelings the more personally involved we are. Anger is listed as one of the works of the flesh which can directly hinder our relationship with each other and God.
All of us experience anger. We go through a process of experiencing a spark that releases emotional and physical reactions. We then go through a period of aftereffects ranging from remorse to perhaps continued anger. Anger is harmful to our souls if we do not deal with it in appropriate ways. When we experience anger, we must strive to resolve it quickly, so Satan does not gain entry into our defenses.
