Focused On Learning

“‘The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; and with all your acquiring, get understanding,’” (Proverbs 4:7, NASB).

Becoming Christlike involves lifelong learning. As we allow God’s Spirit to expose the mysteries of Jesus for us, His glory shines even more through our lives. It is because there is no end to the wonderful things we discover about Him. As we grow and change, we see even more the wonder of God’s love and the glory He has in store for us. When we learn one thing, it only enables us to see infinitely more amazing things to discover!

As we go through life and we grow spiritually, the relationship we have with Jesus should improve. We must continue to grow spiritually. Learning plays a critical role in this process. As we learn and grow, it creates a positive environment that should encourage us to grow and learn even more. Someday we will “see God’s face” as we continue to remain faithful to the principles He reveals in His Word. What we know only in a small way will be completely revealed to us.
